RETURN POLICY

Audio and Video Tapes / Books 
We offer a 30-day return on unopened tapes. We also offer a 30 day return policy on books, as long as they are received by us in an "as new" condition. This means they must be properly packaged before they are returned. Shipping charges are not refundable; all refunds will be subject to a 4% return fee.

Software
Returns are allowed with a 30 day guarantee period if they have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact us to receive an RMA. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day guarantee period. (Guarantee period starts five working days after date of shipment.) Shipping charges are not refundable; all refunds will be subject to a 4% return fee.
