RETURN POLICY

Audio and Video Tapes / Books
We offer a 30-day return on unopened tapes. We also offer a 30 day return policy on books, as long as they are received by us in an "as new" condition. This means they must be properly packaged before they are returned. Shipping charges are not refundable; all refunds will be subject to a 4% return fee.

Software
Returns are allowed with a 30 day guarantee period if they have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. You must contact us to receive an RMA. Returns will not be accepted after the 30 day guarantee period. (Guarantee period starts five working days after date of shipment.) Shipping charges are not refundable; all refunds will be subject to a 4% return fee.

Forms are included: an acknowledgement of the policies and commitments outlined in the handbook, an overall working agreement, a proposal for specialty services, an agreement to meet the provisions of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and a Change Order form, an Insurance Verification Form for use on each job, and a Potential Backcharge Notice.

The Sub-Contractor Manual is a word-processing document, making it easy to customize with your company name and specific policies. The manual (with forms) is in Rich Text Format (.rtf), openable by most word processors. You receive a CD with all files, along with a sample printed Manual and Forms for $29.95.
