Whole House Remodel with 2 Change Orders, continued -- April 21
Class 13 will be the conclusion of the whole house remodeling project. During this class we will review the entire project, compile all our numbers from our subs and suppliers, double-check our labor and material figures, double-check any other costs that might arise, work through one last change work order and total up the job costs for this project. Then we will add our markup and arrive at the sales price for this job. We will conclude this class by finishing up our checklists and answering questions on this project and summarizing the entire 13-part course. If necessary, Class 14 will be added to handle questions. . . . (to read the remainder of this article, please log in below.)
