Whole House Remodel with 2 Change Orders, continued - March 24
Class 11 will be the continuation of defining the project, including the selections needed, handling various cost issues that always arise with a large project, reviewing structural problems associated with large additions, and compensating for load bearing issues. This class will have more time devoted to addressing the "what-if" questions that come up during large jobs. We will continue our checklist and start adding in quotes from our subs and suppliers. We will discuss how to deal with quotes from subs and/or suppliers that do not follow the job specifications or are changed by the sub/supplier for whatever reason. . . .
